Cute things children say about
Breast Feeding
When
nursing my 8 month old daughter, her 6 year old brother
asked. "Mother did you feed me like that when I was a
baby?" I answered, "Yes" My 6 year old than said, "I
must have really enjoyed that." --- Chris
I
have an almost five month old boy as well as a three
year-old and two year-old. When the baby was born and
the three year-old saw me nursing for the first time, of
course he was curious. I told him when I drink water
mommy’s body makes milk come out my 'breasts' and the
baby drinks the milk. My three year-old looked at me and
then his baby brother nursing and said, "If there's milk
in that breast, is there orange juice in that one?"
After that he kept insisting there was milk in one side
and food in the other. So I let it rest at that for the
time being. --- April
I
thought I would share a humorous experience I had with
my older daughter (age 4). While I was pregnant, I told
her how I would feed the new baby. I explained that I
was able to produce milk for the baby and the baby would
drink it from my breast..... she
thought about it for a while then asked, "Well, can you
make some juice for ME?" --- Josie
When
my 4 year old sees a large chest woman, he always says,
"Mom, that lady is very full." --- Kathy
I was
switching the baby from one breast to the other when the
big sister (4 1/2 years old) asked indignantly, "Is she
going to get seconds?" --- Beth's mom
I
have a 3 yr old boy and a four month old girl. My 3 yr
old will ask to drink some "milky" every afternoon when
I pick him up from day care. I'll tell him "OK, but the
"Milky is food for your sister." But he'll take a sip
for about 5 seconds and then rub his tummy and lick his
lips and tell me "MMMMM.....that’s good
milky...!!!!!!!!! --- Patty
